I’m a certified Baby Led Sleep and Wellbeing Specialist and the owner of Joyful Sleep & Motherhood. I help families get sleep WITHOUT sleep training, and promote healthy attachment with your baby.

My goal is to empower you to find JOY in your journey through motherhood. My mission goes beyond solving night wakings, its to improve motherhood as whole. To learn and grow with your child every step of the way.
